- You should receive a confirmation email in the next few minutes. If you don’t receive the confirmation email, please check in your spam folder then contact us for help.
- Letters will be created and edited in the week or two before posting – we may contact you then if we need to clarify any details.
- We will send you an email when we post your letter(s) to forewarn you. Unfortunately Australia Post can be very unpredictable with delivery times around Christmas (especially later in December). If you have ordered multiple letters they may arrive on different days so it can be good to wait until they have all arrived before telling the kids.
- If Australia Post doesn’t deliver your letters before Christmas we will refund your payment or send replacements. Please email us if your letters haven’t arrived within 7 business days from receiving notification that we have posted them.

Order Cut Off Dates
Please note that Love Santa letters need to be ordered before December 15 to be delivered before Christmas!
Order now to be sure of delivery before Christmas. Keep an eye on our blog for final ordering days as we get close to Christmas Eve.
